4. Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passport, visa, and other required documents.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

5. Changes & Modifications

• Any changes in booking (dates, destination, etc.) are subject to availability and additional charges.
• We reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

• We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third parties.
• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during travel.

7. Pricing

• Prices may change without prior notice due to availability, season, or third-party changes.
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. User Responsibilities

• Customers must behave responsibly during travel.
• Any damage caused to property or services will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
